Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Administrator to join our team. This role is central to supporting the preparation and management of slips, account statements, and bordereaux. You'll work closely with internal teams and external platforms to ensure accurate and timely processing across key operational areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Renewal Binders / Lineslips
* Prepare renewal slips and compile annual premium and claims figures.
* Manage ATLAS tasks and ensure accurate placement of slips on PPL (Lloyds system).
* Process binders and issuing documentation via Risk Serve (BSI's own system. Full training will be given to the successful candidate).
Monthly Bordereaux
* Maintain and update bordereaux records.
* Generate reports and submit data to Xchanging.
Renewal Processing
* Oversee the full lifecycle of renewal slip preparation and placement.
* Ensure all documentation is processed and ready for client delivery.
Account Statements
* Process monthly account statements with precision and consistency.
* Processing premiums and claims collections on both an open market and bordereaux basis
* Lead and participate in business projects as they arise.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, Central Bank codes, and company procedures and business ethics.
Desired Skills and Attributes:
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Experience with platforms such as PPL and ATLAS is a plus.
* Sales/Claims experience would also be an advantage.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* A collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality work.
* APA/CIP qualified or studying towards an insurance qualification.
* Customer knowledge and understanding of their business and industry sectors.
