We operate a growing dealer network and retail business, focused on strategic expansion and operational excellence.Role OverviewWe are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented Parts Inventory Specialist to manage our parts inventory and purchasing operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with purchase orders, inventory control, and hands-on familiarity with Odoo or similar ERP systems.Key Responsibilities
* Manage and track parts inventory across multiple warehouses (including 3PL partners)
* Process and monitor purchase orders for parts and accessories
* Maintain accurate inventory records in Odoo, ensuring real-time stock visibility
* Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries
* Forecast demand for fast-moving and slow-moving parts to optimize stock levels
* Support warranty claims processing and urgent dealer parts needs
* Assist with parts obsolescence management and stock rotation
* Prepare inventory and purchasing reports for management review
Requirements
* 2+ years' experience in inventory management or purchasing
* Hands-on experience with Odoo (or similar ERP/inventory management system)
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team
* Experience in the automotive, machinery, or agricultural sector is a plus
Location
* Based in Ireland (Kells warehouse) or hybrid/remote with regular site visits
