About The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising residents, catering to their physical and emotional needs, and assisting in the day-to-day running of sections.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To provide ongoing support to individuals with an intellectual disability;
2. To promote independence by developing individualized plans;
Requirements:
In order to excel in this role you should have experience working within mental health settings or similar environments. You must also have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Teamwork is essential as you will often be required to collaborate closely on task completion
