Sherlock Recruitment are looking for a pro-active, bubbly, professional with 360 recruitment experience, particularly within the construction sector. We are looking for a confident, organised multitasker who shares our values and is looking to build a career that recognises and rewards hard work. This person will need to have strong sales abilities and strive to bring on new clients to generate their own leads.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing your own fast paced live end to end recruitment desk – for example: screening, reference checking and onboarding of candidates that fall in line with company processes
* Growing your client desk, efficiently carrying out processes to successfully convert new business
* Maintaining positive client and candidate relationships
* Keeping up to date with market insights through ongoing communications with client and candidates
* Updating day to day activities through the company CRM system
* Identifying and sourcing professionals on a pro-active and reactive basis using the company CRM system
* Compliance with ISO9001 accreditation that the company upholds
* Championing a positive environment with best practice at the forefront, resulting in positive wins
* Monitoring personal KPIs to ensure you are meeting weekly/monthly goals
* Marketing and monitoring responses to jobs through various platforms
* Manage client and candidate expectations
Skills Required:
* Ability to work off your own initiative whilst also putting your best collaborative foot forward
* A natural communicator, comfortable dealing with candidates and clients from a variety of sectors
* Ability to prioritise and manage a variety of live jobs in a timely manner
* Attention to detail, leading efficient daily personal planning
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* High level of emotional intelligence
* Ability to work with private & confidential information, complying with GDPR
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment, where job placements take place over a matter of hours
