You will be responsible for maximising occupancy, driving average daily rate (ADR), and implementing effective pricing and distribution strategies. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical ability, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences through seamless reservations operations.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage the hotel's revenue management strategy to optimise profitability.Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor performance, and booking patterns to adjust pricing and distribution strategies.Oversee and manage the reservations team, ensuring a smooth and efficient reservations process.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximise revenue opportunities.Prepare regular revenue reports and forecasts for senior management.Ensure excellent customer service and communication standards within the reservations department.Maintain effective relationships with OTA partners and third-party distribution channels.RequirementsPrevious experience in a Revenue Manager, Reservations Manager, or similar role within a hotel environment.Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking skills.Proficiency in revenue management systems and hotel property management systems (PMS).Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.Visa sponsorship and relocation packages are not provided.Salary & BenefitsSalary: €45,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience).Opportunities for career progression within a luxury hotel group.Access to professional development and training programs.A dynamic and supportive working environment.
