This role is suitable for a qualified Agricultural Mechanic, HGV Mechanic, Auto Mechanic or Diesel Fitter. We are the leading provider of Combined Heat & Power Units to clients in many private and public-sector industries. We have a history of sustained growth and we have excellent opportunities for further significant expansion in Ireland.The RoleYou will be responsible for the effective service and mechanical maintenance of allocated Combined Heat and Power (CHP) units. Acting as the 1st point of contact for the customer you must have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated with a strong eye for detail.We are looking for candidates who have a background within the mechanical industry or Energy industry and who have, as a minimum, a Agricultural, HGV or Auto mechanical/diesel fitter craft qualification or higher.We offer a full training programme dedicated to CHP.The PersonWe are also looking for the following skills and experience:Essential:Experience as a Agricultural, HGV or Auto Mechanic/Diesel Fitter RoleThe ability to strip and repair a reciprocating engine down to component levelKnowledge of rotating equipmentExcellent problem solving abilityStrong Health & Safety AwarenessDesirable:Working on generators gas or diesel stand-byWorking on marine vessels or plant and equipmentWork on the following engines; MTU, CAT, Perkins, MAN, Mercedes, MWMGood working knowledge of three phase electricsWorking on Vehicles/PlantJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €40,000.00-€55,000.00 per yearBenefits:On-site parkingSick payAbility to commute/relocate:Dublin, CO.
