Tasks

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration in the residential and C&I segment.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including developers, EPC contractors, integrators, and other stakeholders.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Utilize insights to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
Lead Generation and Pipeline Management: Generate leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and participation in industry events. Manage sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting.
Solution Selling: Collaborate with internal technical teams to understand customer requirements and tailor solar solutions to meet their specific needs. Provide expert guidance and support to customers throughout the sales process.
Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while safeguarding Longi Solar's interests.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, finance, and legal, to support sales initiatives, resolve customer issues, and drive overall business growth.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare regular reports for management review. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above preferred
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex contractual negotiations involving multiple stakeholders.
Experience with value selling and designing an account development strategy/plan within the PV / solar industry.
Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively.
Good verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in English.
