We are seeking a skilled Project Management Specialist to oversee the end-to-end management of multiple projects. Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans from conception to completion.
* Contract Negotiation: Manage contract requirements, including negotiations, terms and conditions, risk assessment, and compliance.
* Budgeting and Cost Control: Monitor project expenditures, implementing cost-control measures to meet financial targets.
* Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely progress by coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
* Quality Assurance: Enforce strict quality standards, ensuring all work complies with relevant specifications, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
* Health and Safety Compliance: Promote a culture of safety across all sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and practices.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction management in Ireland.
* In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and regulatory requirements.
* Strong budgeting, financial management, and risk assessment skills.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
* Proficient in project management software and MS Office suite.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites within the Midlands region.
