INSIDE SALES COORDINATOR | DUBLIN NORTH | PERMANENT Our client in Dublin North is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, with hybrid working available following completion of probation (subject to business needs).

You will also manage a defined sales territory and contribute to sales growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES| Handle inbound customer calls and emails, processing orders accurately through the internal SAP system Proactively contact new and existing customers with product information, pricing, and sales offers Liaise directly with customers and field sales representatives to provide quotations, product details, and support Maintain accurate records of communication, orders, and sales activity Use online platforms and social media to promote company offers and updates REQUIREMENTS| Minimum 1 year experience in a telesales role, with proven success in outbound sales Previous experience processing customer orders in an administrative or coordination role Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner Strong IT capability and experience working with internal CRM systems Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while delivering high service leve WHAT NEXT?
