We’re Zordan Media, a Dublin-based media agency that specialises in powerful, social-first video content. We help brands tell stories that connect — from bold campaigns to behind-the-scenes content, to everyday social posts that actually drive results. We’re not just a production company. We’re growing fast, and with a busy few months ahead, we’re looking for a full-time videographer to join us until the end of December.
What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be jumping between shooting and editing depending on the project. You’ll:
* Shoot high-quality video content for clients and for Zordan Media’s own brand (think brand promos, BTS, event content, social-first campaigns, etc).
* Use Sony cameras (like the FX3) confidently — equipment is provided.
* Frame and compose scenes beautifully — that’s the core skill we care most about.
* Edit videos in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (proficiency in both is a plus).
* Colour grade to a high standard in DaVinci Resolve — this one is non-negotiable.
* Work closely with Marco (our CEO) to create Zordan Media’s own content and assist across client projects.
* Jump in with the production team to record, edit, and deliver projects where needed.
* Take initiative and work independently — we’ll trust you with projects.
What We’re Looking For
Skilled with Sony cameras (FX3 or similar).
Strong eye for composition and storytelling.
Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve).
Brilliant colour grading in DaVinci Resolve.
Fluent/native English.
Eligible to work full-time in Ireland.
Nice-to-haves:
* Experience in both Premiere Pro & DaVinci Resolve.
* Wedding videography experience.
Working Model

* Editing days: Hybrid, with at least 2 days per week in our Windy Arbour office.
