Job Description
The role of Finishing Foreman is pivotal in the final delivery of residential units, ensuring all finishes meet exacting standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating trades, managing snag lists and liaising with the site manager and project team to ensure timely handovers.
This hands-on role requires a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience as a Finishing Foreman within residential construction is essential.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Finishing Foreman role within residential construction.
2. Trade background (e.g., carpentry or plastering) is highly desirable.
3. Proven track record of delivering high-quality finishes on time and within budget.
4. Strong knowledge of building regulations, health & safety and quality standards.
