Environmental Project Coordinator
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of planning applications and environmental assessments for renewable energy projects. With a strong focus on collaboration and technical expertise, you will support Senior Project Managers and Project Directors in executing efficient planning-related activities.
About the Role
* Coordinate environmental documentation including EIA and AA Screenings, EIARs, and Natura Impact Statements.
* Manage baseline environmental studies and facilitate collaboration between project team members.
* Monitor and review planning/environmental policy developments, contributing to company submissions as needed.
About You
We are seeking an environmentally conscious, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with:
* A Level 8 Honours Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
* A Postgraduate qualification (Level 9) in a relevant field is desirable.
* At least 3 years of experience in planning applications and environmental assessment processes.
* Strong knowledge of the Environmental Impact Assessment process and Irish planning legislation.
Key Skills and Qualifications
You'll possess a combination of technical expertise in a relevant environmental discipline (e.g., ecology, air quality, noise), along with excellent communication and coordination skills.
