The award-winning Enclosure Restaurant & Arkle Bar is looking for a talented and driven Senior Chef de Partie to join our team at our acclaimed Enclosure Restaurant, an award-winning venue celebrated for its sophisticated, contemporary menus built around bold flavours and the finest locally sourced ingredients.
The Opportunity:
Winners of the 2024 Good Food Ireland Food Lovers Choice Award for Ireland's Ancient East and the Silver Award for Ireland's Chef of the Year in the 2025 Gold Medal Hotel Awards, we are looking for a talented Chef de Partie ready for their next challenge and take that step up to Senior.
The Enclosure Restaurant is a kitchen where quality is non-negotiable and creativity is encouraged. You'll be joining a team that takes real pride in seasonal menus crafted from simple, premium, locally sourced ingredients. This is a role for someone who wants to grow, be challenged, and work in an environment that matches their ambition.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Taking confident ownership of your section and maintaining exceptional standards of food quality and consistency
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the smooth and efficient running of a busy professional kitchen
Contributing ideas and enthusiasm to the ongoing development of seasonal menus
Consistently demonstrating rigorous food safety and HACCP standards
Mentoring and guiding junior kitchen team members on your section
Ensuring your section is impeccably organised, stocked and prepared for every service
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a quality-focused, fast-paced kitchen environment, fine dining experience is a distinct advantage
A genuine passion for food, ingredients and the art of cooking
Strong technical skills across multiple sections with a desire to keep learning
A natural team player who leads by example and brings positive energy to every shift
Meticulous attention to detail and a pride in consistency
Full flexibility across a 5-days-over-7 rota including evenings and weekends
A high level of spoken and written English
