Head of Sales Ireland at BMS Performance

Key Account Manager - Distribution Channel (FMCG / Industrial Solutions)

Location: Dublin Region (covering 26 counties)

We're recruiting for a market-leading organization that provides high-performance products and solutions across multiple sectors, including healthcare, hospitality, facilities, and food production. With a strong brand and a loyal customer base, they're now looking to appoint a Key Account Manager to manage and grow a €10M+ portfolio across Ireland.

This is a national role with a focus on key distributor relationships and high-value end users, particularly those operating at group or head office level. Majority of the business will focus on the Dublin/Greater Dublin region, however travel across the island will be required.

The Role:

This is a senior commercial role, focused on managing strategic distributor partners and large, multi-site end-user accounts. You'll take ownership of a well-established portfolio and be expected to:

* Build strong relationships at group buyer/head office level
* Develop tailored account plans to drive revenue growth and margin improvement
* Work closely with internal stakeholders across technical, marketing and operations
* Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities within existing accounts
* Provide accurate forecasting and performance reporting to senior leadership
* Travel across the 26 counties as needed, with a base in the Dublin region

This is not a transactional sales role - we're looking for someone who understands how to manage complex key accounts and work with multiple decision-makers to deliver long-term growth.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in key account management, ideally with exposure to distributors or group purchasing models
* Experience working with group buyers or head office-level contacts
* Strong commercial and financial acumen - confident with forecasting, reporting and contract management
* Excellent relationship-building, communication and influencing skills
* Comfortable managing a national territory with regular client-facing meetings
* Based in or around Dublin, with flexibility to travel across Ireland as required

* Bonus: 30% performance-based
