The Enterprise Sales Associate is part of the global Digital GTM organization and will team with Account Executives (AE) to drive new sales revenue. The role involves two key functions: 1) Drive business in existing, under-penetrated, and suspect Enterprise accounts; 2) Source net new opportunities through prospecting efforts. Responsibilities include building quotes and proposals, creating strategic account plans, conducting business reviews, and collaborating with the broader account team.
The role combines selling and sourcing deals to generate new business and develop ServiceNow’s next generation of sales talent through a structured development and promotional path.
Daily activities include:
* Learning from experienced sales professionals and supporting large Enterprise accounts through every stage of the sales process
* Building networks with key decision-makers and understanding all aspects of sales
* Prospecting under-penetrated accounts and cross-selling new applications
* Providing sales support to customers on demand
* Supporting Customer Success Managers and Renewal Reps to ensure customer health and retention
* Advising customers on how ServiceNow can facilitate their digital transformation
* Identifying the right support resources for deals
* Managing sales processes, closing opportunities, and ongoing account management to ensure satisfaction and revenue growth
* Continuously developing skills through training, coaching, and feedback
Qualifications:
* Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI tools and analyzing insights
* Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
* Full cycle sales experience of 1-2+ years
* Coachable with a focus on personal growth
* Ability to see the bigger picture beyond isolated issues
* Driven and capable of applying complex knowledge to real-world scenarios
