About the Role:
As Senior Chef de Partie, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of kitchen stations, including Banquets, Cafe/Carvery, Bar, and Grill. This is your chance to make an impact with your culinary skills while contributing to a collaborative, friendly atmosphere.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Preparing food items according to menu specifications, ensuring top-quality standards.
Staying prepared and organised for the daily business in-house.
Working with the team to consistently exceed guest expectations with every dish served.
Managing stock control and placing orders as necessary.
Leading and supporting kitchen team members to maintain a positive work environment.
Adhering to food hygiene practices, HACCP compliance, and kitchen safety protocols.
Maintaining kitchen equipment and reporting any issues promptly.
Who We're Looking For:
You have 1-2 years of experience in a busy kitchen, ideally at a Senior Chef de Partie level.
A strong passion for the preparation and presentation of exceptional food.
The ability to thrive in a team environment while using your initiative.
Excellent communication skills (proficient in English).
A commitment to high standards and HACCP compliance.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
