Recruitment Manager | GKR Aircraft Leasing Recruitment Specialists
My client is a leading aircraft lessor recruiting a Trading Director to join its commercial team in Dublin. This senior role plays a key part in driving aircraft acquisitions and sales, shaping the portfolio to support long-term platform value and commercial growth.
Responsibilities:
* Lead aircraft trading transactions, from origination through to financial modelling and execution
* Support portfolio development by evaluating market opportunities and asset performance
* Manage relationships with lessors, investors, and financial counterparties
* Oversee LOI negotiation and collaborate closely with technical, legal, and finance teams
* Provide commercial insights on market developments and asset strategy
Requirements:
* Aircraft leasing experience is essential, ideally in a trading or portfolio-focused role
* Proven ability to execute complex transactions across multiple asset types
* Strong financial modelling and aircraft valuation skills
* Excellent relationship management and negotiation capability
