Property Acquisition Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Property Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and managing matters related to property management, including assisting with reports and presentations, planning applications, building regulation matters, rent reviews, lease breaks, and liquor license renewals.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to work efficiently under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for accuracy, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage property acquisition activities, including site visits and meetings with stakeholders
* Assist with the preparation and presentation of reports and data analysis
* Manage service charge payments and commercial rates payments
* Track competitors' locations, acquisitions strategy, turnover development, market share, and other relevant information
Requirements
* Motivated and self-starting individual with a positive attitude
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
