Our ideal candidate must be based in Dublin.What will your day to day involve?You will implement effective visual merchandising in stores in order to maximise store sales and to coach stores on executing and delivering brand expectations. Reporting to the National Visual Merchandising Manager, this diverse role will see you responsible for all aspects of visual merchandising across of Northern Ireland & ROI, including-Set up of VM briefs (brief changes)Ensure Managers are trained and coached to achieve desired merchandising standardsProvide feedback to Store teams to ensure brand standards are achievedReport on store brief execution and standardsProvide feedback to Regional Managers regarding housekeeping and/or relevant merchandising/stock issuesCommercial analysis of product performance reports to maximise sales opportunitiesRegular monthly travel across NI and ROI are including but not limited to all the above locations3 to 5 days per week across Monday to Friday, weekend support is required to meet the needs of the businessBenefits:Car allowance (Must have use of own car)Paid mileageCompany Credit Card50% discount on all Smiggle productsPension Contribution up to 1.5%What makes you a Smiggle Area Visual Merchandiser?You will ideally be a Area Visual Merchandiser with proven experience specialising on commercial analysis, possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a natural trainer, ability to multi-task and manage work priorities across multiple sites.
