Job Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Contracts & Global Engagements Coordinator. This position is crucial in ensuring seamless contract management, adherence to regulatory requirements, and delivery of an exceptional customer experience for both internal stakeholders and external healthcare professionals.
This coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for all contracting-related queries from healthcare professionals and internal partners, overseeing the full contract lifecycle, ensuring timely coordination, execution, and compliance with agreed service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the principal liaison for all contracting-related matters, coordinating with healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end contract management.
* Monitor operational dashboards daily, ensuring accurate distribution and follow-up across the team, while maintaining compliance with anti-corruption policies when engaging with healthcare providers.
* Track, review, and share performance metrics with stakeholders to monitor and improve key performance indicators.
* Resolve escalated issues efficiently and collaborate with senior management as needed.
* Share expertise in business processes and systems, supporting training and knowledge transfer across the team, while contributing to global and regional projects driving process improvements and broader business initiatives.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-4 years of customer-facing experience with strong communication, compliance, and problem-solving skills.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken).
* Prior experience with Salesforce, SAP P2P, and MS Office preferred.
* Proven ability to identify, recommend, and deliver process improvements.
