The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing daily site operations to ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations.
">
2. Leading and motivating site teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality work.
">
3. Monitoring progress against project plans, addressing challenges and ensuring deadlines are met.
">
4. Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and specifications are achieved.
">
5. Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on site performance.
">
6. Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure project objectives are aligned.
">
7. Promoting a positive, safe, and collaborative working environment.
">

Requirements include:

">

Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar supervisory role within construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, standards, and health & safety legislation. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
