Requirements include:

Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar supervisory role within construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, standards, and health & safety legislation. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
