We are recruiting a Duty Manager to join our team in the Marqette.
The new colleague will work alongside an amazing General Manager that has colleague growth & training at the heart of what he does.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have at least 1 year previous experience as a manager or similar
* Have an outgoing and friendly personality
* Have excellent customer service skills
* Be a born people person and leader
* Be proficient in written and spoken English
* Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and work well under pressure
General duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Training and development of staff
* Managing the day to day operations of the Food Hall
* Administration, cash controls and implementation of all HACCP and any other required training
* Roster and stock controls
* Dealing with any problems that may arise on a daily basis and reporting these to the General Manager
* Ensuring all staff comply with Company policy and procedures.
* Providing and implementing a fast, friendly and efficient level of customer service to enhance the overall customer experience in the restaurant
* Ongoing staff training and motivation to develop the skills of restaurant employees
* Ongoing supervision of all service, presentation and dining areas
