Job Title: Administrative Support Officer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Clerical Officer to support our team in a full-time, 35 hours per week position. The successful candidate will be immediately available for a temporary 3-month contract.

Responsibilities:

">
* Support the Senior Executive Officer with all administrative needs.
">
* Prepare HR Forms as required.
">
* Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
">
* Verify and record Invoices on behalf of the Senior Executive Officer.
">
* Process orders for Janitorial items and Oil requests.
">
* Perform general administration duties, including filing, typing, data input, photocopying, scanning, and minute-taking.
">
* Deal with queries by phone, email, and post.
">
* Contact relevant stakeholders to follow up on queries.
">
* Attend and arrange tender viewings with perspective Cleaning Companies.
">
* Schedule clinics and process claim forms.
">
* Issue Primary Medical Certs to people with disabilities.
">
* Send out clinic appointment letters and keep the client database up-to-date.
">
">

Requirements:

">
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
">
* Previous experience within the HSE is essential.
">
* Strong typing skills are necessary, with dictaphone typing desired but not essential.
">
* Excellent communication, organisational, and presentational skills are required.
">
* Attention to detail, prioritisation, and deadline orientation are essential.
">
