Key Roles:
* Preparation of financial statements and working papers in accordance with established standards and procedures
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client accounts by preparing financial statements, working papers, and other necessary documents
* Prepare and complete various returns, including VAT, Vat RTD, and RCT Returns
* Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
* Effectively manage client queries and provide timely resolutions
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role from a reputable firm
* Accounting Technician or IPASS certification is preferred
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Self-motivated individual who can take ownership of their work
* Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and plan workload accordingly
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
* Proficiency in Sage Accounts Accounts Production (CCH or other)
