Responsibilities
Your Role:
Calculate and report NAVs for hedge fund clients.
Liaise with clients regarding trade issues and corporate actions.
Manage daily reconciliation of cash and positions with custodians, prime brokers, and counterparties.
Verify fee accruals in the accounting system per PPM and fee budgets.
Record capital activities in the accounting system.
Verify profit and loss attribution on each NAV.
Calculate and manage performance/incentive fees and payments.
Analyze changes in fund values relative to market fluctuations.
Ensure timely and accurate NAV reporting to clients and third parties, adhering to SLAs and legal documentation.
Coordinate with clients and auditors on fund-specific queries.
Review fund details and transactions for legal and regulatory compliance.
Compute income distributions and yields.
Assist team members with daily operational activities.
Support preparation of financial statements and audits.
Follow departmental procedures, controls, and best practices.
Meet reporting deadlines for clients, investors, and regulators.
Qualifications
About You:
Degree in business, finance, or accounting.
Internship or office experience in finance desirable.
Excellent communication skills; fluency in English essential.
Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
