Caretaker role at a residential setting:
We support the community and students with individualized assistance, study support, accommodation maintenance, or personal needs.
We maintain cleanliness across the residence, perform light maintenance, and conduct compliance checks.
Duties include cleaning communal areas, refuse management, painting, decorating, basic repairs, grounds upkeep, and health and safety checks.
The role involves housekeeping, record-keeping, and collaboration with the Operations Manager for high standards.
