We are currently looking for a
Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor
to work in our Pharmacy.
This is a
full time, fixed term
contract.
As a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the OTC counter and shop floor sales, and serving as the main point of contact for our valued customers.
As the face of McCauley Health & Beauty Pharmacy, it is important that the successful applicant demonstrates excellence in the following skills and attributes:
Previous Pharmacy OTC experience in a community pharmacy with excellent product knowledge would be an important advantage.
Strong communication skills and the ability to get along with a variety of different personalities.
Good prioritising, multi-tasking, and organisational skills.
Confidentiality and empathy towards customer needs.
Strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality customer service and adhere to company policies and ethos.
Offer exceptional assistance to customers.
Ensure the pharmacy is properly merchandised, clean, and tidy, and maintain correct stock levels.
Handle cash and manage stock rotation.
