Job Title: Senior Service Manager
This role will see you leading the delivery of a quality client-focused service, working closely with the Residential Services Manager to ensure the highest standards are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in management and supervision, as well as a strong background in Health and Social Care.
About the Role:
The Senior Service Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of the service, including managing and supporting staff, maintaining staff rotas and training, and ensuring HIQA regulations and RehabCare standards are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
* To manage the day-to-day delivery of the service
* To manage and support staff, including maintaining staff rotas and training
* To oversee the implementation of HIQA regulations and RehabCare standards
* To liaise with families and other personnel as directed by the Centre Manager
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for a third-level graduate in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification. The ideal candidate will have experience in management and supervision, as well as a strong background in Health and Social Care.
