Our client, a growing brokerage firm based in Dublin, is seeking a
Paraplanner
to support its expanding financial planning team. This role is well suited to a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering high-quality client support.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare detailed financial planning reports, suitability letters, and supporting documentation.
* Conduct research and analysis across pensions, investments, and protection products.
* Assist advisors with client meeting preparation, including portfolio reviews and cashflow modelling.
* Maintain accurate client records and ensure all activities align with regulatory requirements.
* Support the continuous improvement of internal processes and service delivery standards.
* Coordinate with advisors and operations teams to ensure an efficient and client-focused workflow.

Key Requirements

* Experience in a paraplanning or financial planning support role within a brokerage or wealth management setting.
* Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection markets.
* Excellent analytical and report-writing skills with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally.
* Progress toward QFA, CFP, or other relevant financial planning qualifications is desirable.
