Night Manager – Co. Kerry
Excel Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Night Manager on behalf of our client's busy convenience store in Co. Kerry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and hands-on retail professional to join a busy, customer-focused store and take responsibility for ensuring smooth and efficient operations during night-time trading hours.
Salary: €30k – €40k
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day running of the store during night shifts
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and store presentation at all times
3. Supervise, support, and motivate the night team to achieve operational targets
4. Manage cash handling, store security, and end-of-day procedures
5. Maintain stock levels, merchandising, and product availability overnight
6. Ensure compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations
Requirements:
7. Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within retail or convenience
8. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
9. Ability to work on your own initiative and make decisions confidently
10. A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on excellent customer service
11. Flexibility to work night shifts on a full-time basis
