This must be carried out with a view to upgrading and raising the level of certification to become INAB Accredited. Have knowledge of the current IS: + AC1: 2024 regulations and provide updates on possible amendments. Preparation of project specific Project Quality Plans (PQP) for newly acquired projects. Creation of Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) document for scope of works. Development of Quality Control (QC) Test Packs per scope of works. Have knowledge of Digital Document Management Systems, i.e., Procore, FieldView, ViewPoint, SiteWorks. Be digitally literate in Defect Management and Reporting software. QA Auditing of projects in accordance with the site audit schedule and Scope of works. Documenting findings and follow up actions in detailed audit reports. Promoting LEAN construction processes & tools, best practice, improvements and sharing Lessons Learned across projects. Add to the knowledge library with Construction relevant systems, i.e., LEED, EXCEED, BREEAM, WELL Building initiatives. Provide updates in-line with the EU Safety Gate System on defective products within the EU-27 jurisdiction. Promotion of CJKs ACE Initiative program. Provision of continuous QMS Training and Support, as per CJK Quality System. Development of training material to be provided to Apprentice candidates Be able to present material relating to the Graduate Program and have input in improving the Program within CJK. Mentor candidates in line with the Accredited CJK Graduate Program, have a knowledge of required soft skills for participating candidates. Provide updates quarterly to Directors on QA and QC metrics. Understand or have an ability to visually present collected data on productivity through digital systems, such as Power BI. Promoting Innovation within CJK, both onsite and in Headquarters. Investigating QA issues and non-conformances (should they arise). Notify the EHS Manager and Directors of technical incidents or issues that arise. Review of project specifications, as required. Completing Quality / Technical Alert documentation and specialist Reports, dilapidation reports as required. All other duties associated with this role. Carry out QMS Audits and follow up reports on projects. Completion of System walkdowns and site inspections, as works progress. Completion of BCAR 2014 site inspections, incl. provision of CE Marking certificates, Commissioning (Cx) reports, Test Packs for final handover. Liaise with the CJK O&M Co-ordinator for the timely provision of O&M Manuals, where inputs are required. Continuous training and recruitment of QC Testers Principal Duty Holder for CJK Safe Electric Account. Oversee management of testing Equipment resources (also responsible for Calibration as required). Oversee management of testing branch of CJK. Allocation of resources and time to projects as required. Have knowledge of HV and MV distribution systems and the associated regulations. Be familiar with ASHRAE Terminology in relation to Commissioning activities. Plan and schedule up to Level 3 Commissioning (Cx) to Data Centre Level requirements Plan and schedule required testing across both disciplines up to Level 4 Functional Systems Testing (FST) to Data Centre Level requirements. Plan and schedule required testing across both disciplines to Level 5 Integrated Systems Testing (IST) to Data Centre Level requirements.
