About the Role:
As Production Team Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the production line operations. You'll be responsible for leading and motivating your team to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production line
Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
Monitor product quality and troubleshoot production issues as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a food production environment is desirable
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Proactive problem solver with a focus on results
Flexibility and a can-do attitude
Location: Naas, Co. KildareHours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pmSalary: DOE
