Key Role
We are seeking a seasoned engineer to join our sustainable infrastructure team in Dublin, Cork, or Carlow. The successful candidate will have a degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering and Chartered Engineer status. They should also possess at least 8 years of post-graduate experience in transportation project design.
The role involves designing highways, active travel routes, greenways, and public transport projects. Additionally, they will mentor junior team members and work closely with other engineers and scientists.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, knowledge of relevant Irish design standards, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Designing highways, active travel routes, greenways, and public transport projects
* Preparing designs and reports at all stages of a project lifecycle
* Mentoring junior team members
* Collaborating with other engineers, ecologists, and environmental scientists
