Offer description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join our team.


Job Description:

* Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping services for a small team of professionals.
* Conduct regular bank reconciliations, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.
* Process Customer and Supplier Invoices, and prepare VAT/PRSI returns.

The ideal candidate will have excellent timekeeping and punctuality skills, with the ability to adapt to varying tasks.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proficient in Bookkeeping and Financial standard practices.
* Accounting qualification is a distinct advantage.
* Working knowledge of Management Accounts, P&L, Journals & General Ledgers is a plus.
* Must be proficient with Sage, Bright Pay & ROS portal.
* MS Office proficiency is a pre-requisite.
