We are seeking a pro-active individual, ideally from a healthcare background and preferably with an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care to join our clinic as a Healthcare Assistant in Ennis Dialysis Unit.
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will prepare, restore and maintain areas and equipment for clinical treatments and investigations, and ensure the treatment environment is safe for patients, relatives and visitors.
This role involves extensive walking between patients and some lifting responsibilities. Regular training and guidance will be provided to develop knowledge of company practice, procedures and quality management.
Computer skills are essential, with good interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with the team.
This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week, with shifts between Monday to Saturday 06:30 to 18:00.
