Senior Facilities Manager Ireland and UK

As the Senior Facilities Manager, some of the key responsibilities are as follows :
Understand client objectives and business strategy and develop own strategic plans/objectives to meet these needs.
Manage all service lines, hold overall responsibility for services across a portfolio inclusive of Ireland and the UK
Act as trusted partner and advisor to the client and supporting cross regional alignment on best practice, strategy, risk mitigation and other operational deliverables.
Ensure prompt and professional response to client escalations.
Accountable for the successful and timely delivery of scopes of work across all FM services for UK&I sites.
Ensure KPIs and SLAs are achieved,
Work with SMEs to understand, communicate and address risks, defects and issues.
Ensure that the Innovation and Continuous Improvement Process is an integral part of service delivery increasingly adding value to both the business and the client.
Responsible for compliance to all QHSE and relevant company and client policies.
Accountable for timely and accurate financial planning and ongoing financial performance.
Provides leadership and management to direct reports and other relevant stakeholders and vendor partners
Ensure team development and training to ensure a competent and motivated team.
To provide local oversight of vendor management activities, closely liaising with other stakeholders.
To promote effective working relationships across all stakeholders, supporting the fully integrated model.
To identify operational and commercial risks and opportunities, and effectively and taken any required actions.
Person Specification
Must have experience in the management of multi-site facilities management services in a corporate or client facing environment.
Experience managing a variety of Hard & Soft Services
Broad knowledge and experience managing critical building infrastructure.
Experience in developing strong client, stakeholder & customer relationships.
Excellent financial acumen & must have experience managing large client OPEX / CAPEX budgets.
Strong leadership and influencing capabilities at all levels.
Proven problem solving and project management experience.
