Shift Pattern
6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am. Employees will work any five out of seven, including weekends and nights. Night and Sunday premiums apply.
Purpose of the Role
Leadership and management of the production line team members to achieve business goals and continuously improve, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Main Responsibilities
Keep the workplace and work practice safe, clean and hygienic
Comply with Health and Safety standards
Sustain compliance standards (Team/Machine/Environment) for all daily and customer audits
Service the customer with DOT and No Shorts
Overall Equipment Efficiency – drive machine up‑time
Achieve efficiency targets for line and team
Excellent communication with team to understand goals and targets on a continuous basis
Coaching and development of line team members
Drive performance of the team and line to maximise efficiency
Use KBSII & OEE System
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience as a Team Leader in a food (or similar) production environment
