Role: Account Manager
Duration: Permanent
Location: Option to be fully remote, offices based in Sandyford, Dublin
Grinds360 is an edtech platform for secondary school students in Ireland. We are looking to hire an Account Manager to join our team. This person will be working closely with our Head of Sales to continue our growth. A key part of the role will also be to manage all of our existing partnerships with schools and sports clubs.
What You Will Be Doing
* Build and maintain strong relationships with our partner schools, parents and students
* Identify opportunities to expand Grinds360's presence and user base
* Ensure we maintain our excellent communication and service as we scale up
* Assisting with customer queries by phone and email
* Overseeing smooth onboarding of new customers
* Related duties as assigned by Sales Manager
Qualifications
* Sales background is preferable
* Strong relationship management, customer focus, and interpersonal communication skills
* Demonstrated ability in client onboarding, account growth, and retention
* Experience in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and delivering tailored solutions
* A good knowledge of the secondary education landscape in Ireland is preferable
Working Hours:
* Flexible hours in line with business needs.

Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
