What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the team, you'll work directly with clients to understand their insurance needs, offering expert advice and tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
4. Managing renewals in line with company protocols and procedures.
5. Driving new business growth while meeting individual income targets.
6. Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
7. Overseeing premium collections and managing aged debt effectively.
8. Ensuring full compliance with Central Bank requirements and internal policies.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate is a confident and knowledgeable professional experience in commercial insurance.
9. CIP Qualification (or Grandfathered status) in Commercial General Insurance.
10. 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven expertise in new business.
11. Strong market, product, and technical knowledge.
12. Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
