Dromoland Castle is currently seeking friendly, efficient, and customer-focused Morning Breakfast Servers to join our Food Beverage team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for hospitality professionals looking for a stable weekday role in a world-renowned setting.
Overview of Role: Working Monday to Sunday (5 over 7 days) between 06:00am / 7:00am and 12:30pm 1:00pm.
Greet and assist guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and professional start to their day.
Maintain a clean and well-presented breakfast buffet, regularly replenishing food and beverages.
Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently to ensure smooth turnover.
Serve hot food items directly from the kitchen with speed and courtesy.
Support the wider food and beverage operation with additional duties as assigned.
The Ideal Candidate: Minimum 1+ year experience in a similar food beverage role.
Outgoing, approachable, and customer-oriented personality.
Well-organised and comfortable working during busy service periods.
Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have the right to live and work in Ireland without restrictions.
