As our dedicated IT hire, you’ll play a key role in building, managing, and scaling the IT infrastructure that powers Inscribe, ensuring our team has secure, reliable access to the tools and systems they need to do their best work.This is a unique opportunity to shape IT operations from the ground up, implement new tooling, and lay the foundation for scalable and secure growth.ResponsibilitiesOwn onboarding and offboarding: Set up and de-provision laptops, accounts, permissions, and workspace toolsDevice management: Roll out and manage our MDM (e.g., Jamf) for MacOSAccess management: Help implement a secure and auditable access control system (SSO, least privilege, etc.)IT support: Serve as the go-to for resolving day-to-day tech issues and internal help desk needsTooling administration: Maintain and improve core SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Zoom, 1Password, etc.)Security & compliance: Support initiatives for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other frameworksDocumentation & automation: Write clean internal documentation and automate repetitive tasks (e.g., using scripts or off-the-shelf tools)Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with People, Engineering, and Business Operations to scale IT processes as we growAbout You1-3 years of experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, or similarComfortable with Mac-first environments and MDM toolsFamiliarity with identity and access management (Google Workspace, Okta, 1Password, etc.)Basic scripting or automation experience (e.g., Bash, Python, or similar)Detail-oriented, security-minded, and customer-service drivenExperience supporting compliance efforts (SOC 2, ISO 27001) is a plusPrevious experience at a startup is a plusBenefitsAt Inscribe, we are building a company and culture where everyone can produce their best work.
