The Role:
•Build personal book of business.
•Meet or exceed target fee's & KPI's.
•Source and qualify candidates to meet job requirements (confirm availability, capability/fit and interest)
•Develop, maintain, and manage client accounts.
•Take ownership for personal and professional development
•Develop an in-depth knowledge of industry sector and/or functional area.
•Ensure a positive contribution to social media mediums to drive networking, candidate identification and develop client relations.
Skills required:
•Effective communicator and influencer with great energy and excellent presentation skills
•Good IT skills
•Ability to multitask and be delivery focused.
•Motivated, hardworking, ambitious, resilient with a positive attitude
•Customer centric
•Is proficient in working off own initiative
