Main Areas of Responsibility:
We are looking for a motivated individual to provide administrative support to the Business Manager ensuring that all certification records are recorded and archived as per HPi VS procedures on Company extranet accurately. Duties will include:
Ensuring all certification documentation is presented neatly, accurately and timely to the end customer. Attention to detail is key.
Completion of certification project work ensuring that all procedures have been met.
Support with financial administration, processing and managing client and supplier invoices. Organization of travel plans for employees.
Communicating and providing administrative support to all members of the company's business operations in Ireland and the UK office. Relevant training will be provided.
The Qualifications, skills and experience we are looking for:
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook).
· Experience of Sage 50 would be an advantage
· Good communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively and confidently.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workloads.
· The ability to work to deadlines, manage own time and work unsupervised at times.
· Previous administration experience
· Positive team player
· Customer support focus (internal and external)
· Ability to work on own initiative.
· Methodical approach with attention to detail
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €18,000.00-€20,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 21 per week
