Offer description

IT Performance

* Primary function is to provide on floor support to all critical production systems.
* Maintenance for all PM43 | PM4i and on floor label printers.
* Support critical production systems (Delford, Boxweigh, Boxload, RF Scanning, EasyLabel etc.)
* Work with the IT team to roll out and support new technologies and applications to users.
* Assist in daily duties including system back-ups, software/hardware support for PCs, laptops, printers etc.
* Interact with other team members to establish solutions and resolve problems using innovative solutions.
* Other projects as requested by the IT Operations Manager.
* Scheduled out of hours on-call emergency support.

IT Quality

* Meet or exceed support deadlines.

* Provide 1st level day to day technical support to a dynamic office and production environment.

* Deliver outstanding customer service standards by answering all calls promptly, remaining courteous and professional always.

IT Compliance

* Ensure adherence to Group IT compliance & security requirements.

* Log support information and actions to the relevant database/system.

IT People

* Behave in a manner that supports and demonstrates Company values, Challenge, Sense of Urgency & Openness.
* Work with the management team to change business culture as per agreed company-wide initiatives.
