* Monitor competitive products, industry trends, and account feedback to provide strategic insights that shape market positioning and product offerings.

* Identify and recommend new products or modifications based on customer needs and product performance.

* Manage day-to-day pricing to ensure a competitive edge and profitable growth, collaborating with local Commercial Managers to strengthen sales efforts across the region.

* Stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques by participating in professional development opportunities.

* Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Finance, and HR departments for support and ensure seamless customer service.

* Represent the company at promotional events, such as agricultural shows, to network and reinforce the brand's presence.

Requirements:

* Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in field sales; oil distribution experience is a distinctive advantage.

* Sales Skills: Proven sales ability with skills in sales planning, prospecting, and closing.

* Initiative & Drive: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, possessing the ability to meet and exceed targets with minimal supervision.
