The successfulcandidate will provide administrative support to the Office and Logistic Adminteam. The role will be part time and based in our Limerick Factory. Role: Temporary Logistics AdministratorDuration: December 1, 2025 – May 31, 2026 (Maternity Cover)Location: Limerick FactoryHours: Part-Time (25 hours per week)Schedule: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday.Scope & Position The main objective of the role is Logistic Administration. The key lateralrelationship is with office and logistic administrators on site and in otherfactory & warehouse locations, external logistics providers, merchanttrade. The role will report directly to the Limerick Factory Manager.Main Responsibilities The Logistics Administrator will provide crucial administrative and logisticalsupport to both the manufacturing and sales teams, with a focus on stockmovement and documentation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Logistical Coordination: Arranging the efficient collection anddelivery of stock, coordinating schedules with third-party logistics providers,and ensuring all transport requirements are met. - Dispatch & Weighbridge Operations: Managing the dispatchprocess, including accurate use of the weighbridge for incoming and outgoingloads, and preparing corresponding paperwork. - Stock Control: Assisting with accurate tracking, recording,and monitoring of factory stock levels, ensuring alignment between physicalinventory and system records. - Administrative Support: Providing general administrativesupport to the Factory Manager and the wider office team as required. - Documentation: Ensuring all necessary transport and customsdocumentation is accurately completed, filed, and compliant with internalprocedures.Candidate Profile (Desired) While this is an administrative role, the successful candidate should ideallydemonstrate: - Proven experience in an office environment, preferably within a logistics,manufacturing, or distribution setting. - Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail andaccuracy. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectiveliaison with customers and transport providers. - Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). - Ability to work independently, manage a varied workload, and meet deadlineswithin the required part-time schedule.We offer: - Wellbeing Programme with access to Employee Assistance Programme and annualHealth checks. - Parking If you are interested in this exciting opportunity and have the skills andexperience required, please apply today with your CV and cover letter We look forward to hearing fromyou
