Job Description:
As a Programme and Partnership Executive at ESPC, you will be responsible for the creation and delivery of engaging, relevant, and strategically aligned conference programmes and content. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry experts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Programme Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of conference programmes, ensuring they meet audience needs, industry trends, planning deadlines, budgets and conference goals. Facilitating meetings throughout the year with pan European Programme Teams and managing timelines, deadlines, and deliverables for our annual events programme.
* Speaker Management:Act as the key point of contact for conference speakers and working with colleagues to create and deliver a brilliant speaker conference experience.
* Monitor and reporton the performance of programmes and partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Partnership Development:Assist with the development of strategic partnerships that support ESPC's growth, audience value, our conference programmes and enhance our market presence.
* Stakeholder Engagement:Serve as a key point of contact for partners, clients, and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
* Leadership and Collaboration: Working with marketing, sales, ops, and venue colleagues to ensure a smooth programme lifecycle and planning process.
This role reports to the Product & Partnership Manager.
Qualifications (Required):
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in programme management, partnership development, or business development.
* Proven track record of managing successful programmes or strategic projects and building and nurturing high-value partnerships.
* Willingness to travel.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Tracking content development, contacts, outreach, and agendas through Excel spreadsheets and CRM tools.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* A great attitude and team player.
Qualifications (Optional):
Event Technology Tools: Experience with platforms like Cvent, Sessionize, Eventbrite, or virtual event platforms.
Tech understanding/interest:The interest in or ability to generally understand technology topics, trends and terminology.
Creativity & Innovation:Ability to identify new and better ways to continually best serve our conference attendees and create outstanding conference programmes and experiences.
