Senior Director of Infrastructure Operations Engineering
Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to lead our Infrastructure Operations Engineering team in EMEA.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, power distribution, and advanced cooling systems preferably in data centres or related industries. He/She must be able to build, lead, and scale high-performing engineering teams across various disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of the management and administration of infrastructure operations teams supporting DC design delivery operations Build mentor high performing engineering teams with diverse skill sets Foster collaboration results driven culture within the organization Partner closely with Field Operations ensure maximum uptime compliance Provide strategic direction for ops activities including safety testing validation Align operational initiatives business objectives Work closely other departments e.g Design Sales Operation create value added services customers Ensure alignment between technical solutions customer needs Provide vision technology innovation future growth Balance long term goals immediate business demands Technical leadership MEPP engagement strategy Execution performance critical projects Drive analytical problem solving deliver innovative customised solutions Data Centre subject matter expertise Liaise stakeholders manage expectations Deliver on time quality outcomes Develop & implement robust metrics tracking tools gauge efficiency productivity Save costs sustainable practices Research identify opportunities evaluate impact improvement Join our efforts sustainability collaboration Get creative knowledge sharing roadmap collaborate senior leaders C Suite report managers Do not underestimate
