Project Management Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects effectively, prioritizing safety and efficiency, and promoting high standards of Health, Safety and Quality on site.
* Manage daily project functions to maximize commercial success.
* Promote and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
* Plan and program works to meet project objectives.
* Ensure project delivery within budget and timelines.
* Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
* Oversee direct labour and plant resources.
* Manage sub-contractors and materials.
* Identify and mitigate commercial risks.
* Implement change control processes.
Requirements:
* At least 8 years' experience in Project Management, preferably in Civil or Mechanical Engineering sectors.
* Broad knowledge of Public Works contracts.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Good commercial and business acumen.
* IT literacy, including use of Microsoft Project.
* Third-level qualification in a construction-related discipline.
* Clean full driving licence.
Company Overview:
The successful applicant will work on UK and Ireland-based projects with values ranging from £50m to £500m. Experience in water projects is not required; candidates from mechanical or civil engineering backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
This role offers great exposure to exciting projects, working closely with the Contracts Manager.
