Job Title: Gluing Machine Operator Apprentice
The work of the Gluing Machine Apprentice is to produce finished cartons ready for use in the pharmaceutical sector. It involves the setting up, operating and service of finishing folding machinery. As part of this work, they operate machine settings, adjustments, diagnose and rectify faults on equipment, materials and processes, interpret common faults and drive exceptional quality.
An Apprentice requires many skills including: Target driven environment, basic knowledge of computers, knowledge of SFDC an advantage. Strong quality focus, regulated environment, experience of GMP and ISO standards and strict adherence to operating procedures. Ability to give clear instructions to assisting team members. Ability to take responsibility for all aspects of the production line, ensuring that daily delivery targets are achieved.

This Apprenticeship will be completed over a two-year period. Subject to satisfactory performance including assessments, you will be eligible for 6-month increments over this two-year period
Shift will be rotating between days and evenings Monday-Friday
